Our facility utilizes an electronic HEINS
AUTOTRACK BALANCER. Every turbocharger assembly or cartridge that we service or overhaul,
has the rotating components balance checked, and
corrected if necessary, before re-assembly.
This process is imperative for insuring the longest
life of your turbocharger. The correction scale of this balancing machine reads in digital decimal units,
down to tenths of a rotating measurement.
This highly accurate machine, and the balancing
standards we use, always exceed the manufacturers requirements.
