Current Federal Emissions Laws require extremely tight testing
parameters. These specifications are very complex on certain fuel
injection controls, and guaranteed calibration results are mandatory.
Our
facility has in excess of 240 calibration test lines and testing
injectors. Each respected manufacturer has very different testing
procedures, and calibration requirements. All our calibration
equipment meets current ISO standards and is checked and certified
yearly.
Each
of our Certified Technicians is cross trained in various
capacities.
BOSCH, STANADYNE, ZEXEL, DELPHI-LUCAS and DENSO have
specific
training requirements and it is our policy that no
one technician do only one job. This insures our customers of
fast and efficient service without undue delays. It is not uncommon
to have as many
as 4 technicians on the same job, in various capacities of completion.
The overall service capacity of our facility, and our
vast tooling, means our customers can count on us
to be able to service in excess of 100 engine makes.
